Itamar Ben-Givir and Bezalel Yoel Smotrich are both said to have subjected Palestinians in the West Bank to aggression and violence.
They're now the subject of an asset freezing order and Island businesses are being asked to check their books for business dealings with either.
Companies must inform the Isle of Man Financial Intelligence Unit about any links they may have to them.
