More than a thousand walkers are taking part in the Parish Walk today (Saturday).
Participants are aiming to complete 85 miles within 24 hours, visiting all 17 of the island's parishes.
There are a number of road closures as the event progresses, all of which are listed on the event's website.
Among those taking part are the Physio team from Noble's Hospital.
They will be raising funds for Victim Support Isle of Man in memory of their colleague, Phill Quayle.
