The Isle of Man featured on TV this morning - as BBC's Rip-off Britain looked into the case of a non-accessible stay in Douglas sold to a wheelchair user.
A family from Sunderland complained after UK firm Caledonian Travel told her the four-night stay on Douglas Promenade would be suitable for her disabled mum.
But when they arrived last year, they found the hotel they were booked into had steep steps to its front door, and no lift to her second-floor room.
