Manx Utilities is issuing refunds after over-charging people on smart meters for almost a year.
Dozens of people took to social media after receiving emails saying they'd been charged to much for power between 11pm and 11.30pm daily.
The organisation says it's checked its records back to last August.
Those affected have already seen repayments made of around £90 each.
