No early publication of Peel quay plans, says department

Plans for Peel's East Quay will remain under wraps for now - after the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture said it wouldn't publish them in response to a Freedom of Information request.

The request asked for proposals for the quayside, which have been put together by the Department of Infrastructure.

However, DEFA says the information is due to be published at a future date as part of the planning process.

And until the application has been validated, it says it'll withhold the information.
