A UK newspaper claims gangs from Liverpool are targeting the Isle of Man, exploiting what it calls our "unique geographical position."
The Daily Mail ran a news story this week about calling the Isle of man a hotbed for organised crime, claiming Jurby prison is overrun with drug traffickers and money launderers
It says four in ten prison inmates there are linked to organised crime groups.
Police say they're stepping up their response to clamp down on gang activity.
