There's just one Island entry on an annual list of Britain's richest people this year.
The Sunday Times Rich List says John Whittaker is the joint 81st-wealthiest person in the UK.
It estimates the owner of the Peel Group has a personal fortune of around £2 billion.
The list, which you can read here, says that's grown by £225 million over the last 12 months.
