The Island's Abortion Reform Act has been 'fully implemented'.
That's according to Health and Social Care Minister Lawrie Hooper - who was asked for an update in Tynwald this week.
Mr Hooper said 95% of people who seek the service are being treated on island.
He said cases treated off island are mainly as a direct result of confidentiality challenges or because of risks to the patient.
Manx Care can perform all abortion services on the Isle of Man up to 14 weeks, both surgical and medical.
