The Island is likely to miss the impact of the major storm making its way through the UK.
Strong winds, heavy rain and snow is causing havoc as the wintery conditions make their way through the southwest of England.
The Met Office in the UK has described it as a ‘multi pronged attack’.
Yesterday the Island was hit with gale force winds, rain which caused localised flooding and some snow on higher ground.
