Island will continue to 'lend hand' to smaller nations

That's the message ahead of the seventh Small Countries Financial Management Programme which will see participants visit from the Caribbean, Africa and the Indian Ocean. 

 

They are helped to build expertise in government financial administration - Chief Minister Allan Bell says inspiration is taken from the Island's own hard times: 

 

 

The International Development Committee funds the initiative - Mr Bell says the Island is rewarded for providing the help:
