People are being reminded a yellow weather warning is now in place on Island across the entire weekend.
The Met Office has issued the warning for heavy rain and gales until 6am on Sunday.
Forecasters say there will be several periods of heavy rain, which could result in localised flooding.
Gale or severe gale force winds are also expected, with gusts reaching up to 60mph.
