The Isle of Man is following the UK’s lead when it comes to drug misuse.
Earlier this week the Department of Health successfully had the Misuse of Drugs Act 1976 amended in Tynwald.
The current legislation means drugs that are banned permanently in the UK are automatically banned on the Isle of Man.
Now the laws have been updated to cover temporary bans as well.
