A patch of land in the west of the Island is up for sale on eBay.
The three-acre plot near Cronk-y-Voddy is described as being 10 minutes from the sea with views of Ireland.
The seller in Laxey says she used the site, which includes a small copse of trees and bushes, as a lifestyle haven but would need connecting to utilities such as electric, gas, and water.
If you're interested, the land is on the website for £45,000.
