The review into the Island's criminal legal aid system has been extended.
It was revealed in a statement by Treasury Minister, Alf Cannan, in Tynwald earlier this week that the evaluation will now also include civil legal aid as part of its remit.
Mr Cannan went on to say no decisions on legal aid provision have yet been made.
He added he expects a public consultation on the matter to start in Spring.
