A court hearing next month will decide the fate of one of the Island's biggest developers.
A petition to wind up Haven Homes has been lodged by J Qualtrough and Co builders' merchants, Sherwood Limited and John Qualtrough.
A hearing will be held at Douglas Courthouse on Wednesday, January 15 to discuss whether the company can still pay its outstanding debts.
Haven Homes is currently building The Meadows in Castletown.
