Data from the Met Office shows the Island gets between 70 and 80 weather warnings each year.
A Freedom of Information request asked how many weather warnings have been issued since 2018.
In its response, the Department of Infrastructure says the Island's already had 60 so far this year - 47 yellow and 13 amber.
But in the past six years, only one red warning was sent out by forecasters in 2018.
