The Islands border policy won't be moving to level three at this time.
The update was confirmed by Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, this afternoon during today's government briefing providing a general update on the COVID-19 situation.
Mr Quayle says the UK's estimated coronavirus infection rate is currently at around 1 in every 2,000 - the requirement to move to level three for the borders would have to see UK cases lower at 1 in every 5,000.
Staying at level four means residents can travel freely off-Island but will need a Manx Entry Permit to return, whilst non-residents are still prohibited from coming to Manx shores unless they have an exemption certificate.
