Questions about the Castle Mona Hotel will be raised in the House of Keys next week.
Garff MHK Daphne Cain is due to raise queries with Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Geoffrey Boot.
When the House sits on Tuesday, she wants to know if the former hotel is a protected building.
Mrs Cain will also ask the Minister if he'll make a statement.
