The glens have reopened but some plantation routes are still blocked.
The environment department said some routes in Archallagan, Conrhenny and South Barrule are still blocked by fallen trees.
A spokesman added that Mountain bike trails in these areas will remain closed until further notice.
Walkers are being asked not to enter cordoned-off areas or go near unsafe trees.
