A course to help children with anxiety is taking place this month.
Mind Wizards aims to give children the skills to deal with difficult emotions, thoughts and feelings, and teaches strategies for coping with anxiety, anger and challenging situations.
Run by Gemma Sharp, the course is for children aged 5-12 and begins January 8 for six weeks.
Workshops take place at Braddan Church in Douglas from 2-3:30pm - more information can be found on Facebook.
