Officials say if you've paid for a booking with an IOM Bank debit or credit card to register a claim by filling the form on the IOM Bank website.
Meanwhile, they advise those currently on a trip to contact Flybe directly whilst those who've booked through a travel agent, third party or through PayPal to contact the appropriate company.
Flybe went into administration in the early hours of this morning resulting in all its flights being cancelled including those due to be travelling to and from the Isle of Man.
