Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal crash yesterday which claimed the life of a local resident.
It happened at around 3.15pm on Peel Road between Quarterbridge and the Braddan oak tree.
The crash involved a white Peugeot van and a red Suzuki Jimmy - both were being driven by locals.
One of the occupants received injuries which proved to be fatal a short time later at Noble's Hospital.
Anyone who witnessed what happened has been asked to contact the Roads Policing Team at Police Headquarters.
