Investigation launched into dog related incident

An investigation has been launched after an elderly woman sustained injuries following an incident involving two dogs.

It happened on Thornhill Close, Port Erin at around 10.45am on Saturday 12th November.

The lady was approached on a public footpath by the animals causing her to fall and sustain facial and bodily injuries.

Both dogs were described as large, one was possibly a chocolate brown Labrador.

Anyone with information is asked to come forward and contact Port Erin Police Station.
