The Island is marking International Women's Day today - as part of a worldwide campaign.
The day has been celebrated on March 8th every year since 1914 to commemorate women's economic, political, and social achievements.
This year's theme is 'Inspiring Change' - an idea that is being marked across the Isle of Man to drive women's progression.
Mayor of Douglas Carol Malarkey told us what the day means to her:
Ramsey Remembrance service to be marked by maroon rockets
MEDS phone line to be down temporarily
Committee to examine link between poverty and poor academic performance
Police advice for trick-or-treaters to stay safe
