Infrastructure approve 90% of planning applications

90% of Planning Applications are currently being approved in the Isle of Man according to figures released by the Department of Infrastructure

In most cases applications are determined within 8 weeks.

They’ve published the figures saying it’s a clear indicator of their efforts to help stimulate the Manx economy and boost the local construction industry.

Since the first of January 2011 there have been 615 approvals.
