A total of 39 pest inspections were carried out at Ramsey Cottage Hospital over the past seven months.
The figure was given by Infrastructure Minister Michelle Haywood in response to a Tynwald question for written reply from Onchan MHK Julie Edge.
There were 22 reports of pests found there in the last year, an increase from six reports five years ago - the Ramsey facility has been partly closed since December.
That's compared to 25 reports of pests found at Noble's Hospital in Braddan throughout 2025.
