The Island's police saw an increase in drivers being stopped for drink and drug driving last weekend.
The Constabulary took to social media as a 'number of individuals' will be receiving penalty points and a 'potential trip to court.'
As a result, police are issuing a 'polite reminder' that drink and drug driving is illegal and people will face the consequences.
