Manx graduates wanting to return to the Isle of Man have one incentive scheme to tempt them home.
The Department of Education and Children has admitted more could be done to attract people back to the Island after finishing university.
Last week the Minister was quizzed about whether he will introduce tax relief for returning students.
At the moment only those who return to take up high school teaching posts are given their loan back.
Graham Cregeen says he will be looking at other options along with the Treasury and Economic Development:
