Should the Isle of Man abandon all restrictions on immigration and employment?
That's the question which will be debated by a panel of business people at the Palace Hotel and Casino in Douglas tonight.
The Isle of Man Business Network event will see Middle MHK Bill Shimmins arguing to drop regulations such as work permits, while Onchan MHK Rob Callister will oppose the motion.
The debate gets underway at 5.30pm.
