A café and bar in Castletown could get illuminated signs outside, if planners give the green light.
Marlinspike Properties Limited has applied for planning permission to add lighted signs to the outside of the Earl of Derby.
It's also put in an application for registered building consent as Derby House is in a conservation area.
The building dates back to the 19th century.
