Supermarket chain Iceland says it's hoping to open a new store in Braddan.
The company has applied for planning permission to open a Food Warehouse outlet behind Pets At Home on the Spring Valley Industrial Estate.
In its application, it says it wants to offer more choice to Island shoppers.
If planners approve the proposals, four empty industrial units would be demolished to make way for the new store.
