Ice and Snow Play Havoc on the Roads For Second Day Running
There’s been another night of bitterly cold weather which has yet again resulted in treacherous driving conditions on most of the Island’s roads.
All of the buses have been cancelled until at least 11 o clock when a review will be carried out.
The worst affected areas are the middle and South of the Island.
The Mountain, the Switchback and Richmond Hill from the Mount Murray Back Road through to the Cooil Roundabout will all be closed until further notice.
Motorists are urged to only make essential journeys.
