Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a weather warning for ice and hill snow.
The yellow warning came into force at 8pm last night, and is in place until 12pm this afternoon.
Forecasters say rain or sleet is expected to turn into snow with a continued risk of ice.
Meanwhile, temperatures are expected to plummet to zero.
