Hutchinson, Martin and Dunlop Get Podium Finishes in Superstock Event
It’s been a closely fought battle in the Supersport TT event this morning with a rush to get things underway before fog sets in again.
Unfortunately it wasn’t to be Connor Cummins day who of course suffered extreme misfortune on Saturday when his bike seized as held a massive lead coming into the final stages of the race.
Ian Hutchinson riding the Honda took the top spot claiming his fifth TT win and second of his 2010 campaign, fellow Honda rider and firm fan favourite Guy Martin finished a close second and Dunlop claimed third place.
Keith Amor blitzed the existing lap record recording a new one of 126.909mph.
The riders only have a short period to recuperate before they’re back on the roads at 14.15Hrs for this the Superstock event.
