Hundreds Of People Without Electricity

Hundreds of people are without electricity at the moment.

The Manx electricity authority have told 3FM that several properties are currently off in the Barony area in Maughold.

Supplies are off in the Baldrine, Agneash, Creg-ny-Baa due to a High Voltage fault. Approximately 200 customers are affected by supply issues.

The Manx Electricity Authority have told 3FM there are several system faults causing these problems which staff are working on at the present time.

Laxey and Crosby customers that lost power this morning have been restored.

Any customers who are having problems are being asked to call the MEA on 687687.
