The Office of Fair Trading says it's seized hundreds of fake Labubu dolls from two shops in Douglas.
More than 200 counterfeit dolls were found, and the OFT says as well as being fakes, they posed a choking hazard to children.
The viral craze has seen huge demand for the toys among collectors around the world.
Senior Trading Standards Officer Jennifer Wood says people should be careful buying toys from unfamiliar or unverified sellers.
