That's the question on the mind of Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse, who'll raise it in the House of Keys.
When members sit he'll ask Education Minister Daphne Caine about the number of children who weren't toilet trained when they started school last September.
The House of Keys is due to sit in Legislative Buildings in Douglas from 10am on Tuesday, February 3.
