That's the question Rushen MHK Dr Michelle Haywood will ask Chair of the Office of Fair Trading John Wannenburgh in Tynwald today.
Previously, the energy company reported issues, claiming they were 'teething problems' as part of its new billing system.
It's seen some customers not receiving bills, having direct debits taken without corresponding invoices, or not receiving invoices at all.
Dr Haywood wants to know of those, how many remain unresolved and if he'll make a statement.
