That's the question on the lips of Douglas North MHK Mr Ashford, who'll ask about the issue in the House of Keys next week.
When members sit on Tuesday, he'll ask Justice and Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson about action being taken to tackle drug crime.
He'll also ask what's being done to prevent children being exploited.
