A building in Ramsey could be bulldozed to make way for four new houses under a new planning application.
Gareth Roberts of Stanley Mount east has applied to demolish St Olave's House on Bowring Road.
In its place would be three three-storey homes and a bungalow.
The site had previously been given permission to house a care home.
