A former pub in Castletown could become a home under new plans.
Dawn Collins of Glen Chass Road in Port St Mary has applied for planning permission to convert the Ship Inn on Hope Street.
The plans include an office and cinema room on the ground floor, with a floor raised by 50 centimetres to counter the risk of flooding.
The pub closed in 2013.
