Plans have been submitted to knock down part of a former restaurant and pub in Onchan.
Anna Kawalek, who owns the Groudle Glen Hotel on King Edward Road, says she wants to knock down a flat roof extension and timber store on the building's western side.
She says in its place she'd build a new three-bedroomed home.
It's the latest in a series of plans to build homes on the site.
