Rising waiting times at Noble's Hospital's accident and emergency unit have sparked a question in Tynwald this week.
When the court sits tomorrow, North Douglas MHK David Ashford will quiz Health Minister Kate Beecroft about her plans to bring down waiting times.
Mr Ashford says he doesn't believe it's a huge problem yet, but it is something Mrs Beecroft's department needs to tackle.
He says waiting times at the hospital have been rising over the past couple of years:
