The Department of Health and Social Care says things are back to normal at Noble's Hospital after a virus outbreak.
Two wards had to be closed last week because of the winter vomiting bug norovirus and an outbreak of gastroenteritis.
However the DHSC says all wards have now reopened and services are running normally.
It's thanked the public for their understanding and support.
