Ramsey Cottage Hospital's League of Friends has met with the Health and Social Care Minister about working together in future.
Kate Beecroft MHK as well as Chief Executive Dr Malcolm Couch attended the meeting earlier this month after endoscopy services were moved to Nobles Hospital without permission.
RCH League of Friends Chairman Leonard Singer strongly criticised the department when he gave evidence to a Tynwald committee about the decision.
He says they'll now do what's best for the Ramsey hospital:
