Noble's Hospital is searching for new volunteers who can become dining companions to patients.
The role supports those who are in hospital by making meal times a more positive, social experience.
Support can be anything from simply helping to open a wrapper or packet, or helping a patient cut up their food.
The Department of Health says the companionship is important to a patient’s recovery and well being.
