Hospice Isle of Man says it's being forced to make redundancies to cut costs.
The charity's announced it has been running at a loss for the past six years, and the financial reality has become unsustainable.
It adds there will be changes to services, but it will protect the most important ones like the inpatient unit and Rebecca House Children's Hospice.
A campaign for more government money will be launched in May, with the charity pointing out the 24 percent funding it receives is less than its UK counterparts.
Manx Care's released a statement reassuring people they'll continue to get the Hospice care they rely on, but it will be taking over some services like physiotherapy.
