Homeschooling parents urged to register kids

Parents of school aged children could face a fine if they don't register them in time.

The Department of Education and Children requires all children who aren't attending one of its 37 schools to be registered with the government:
 
 
Parents and guardians who don't register their children in time can face penalties including a £1000 fine.
