All ticket holders will be refunded by September 13th
Its been revealed that HMV will begin processing refunds for Bay Festival ticket holders from today.
The ticket operator branch of the company have said they expect the refund process to be completed by 13th September saying those affected will be contacted by the details they gave when they purchased the ticket.
Hmv tickets have requested that in the interest of customer data and privacy protection, ticket holders wait for them to make contact.
The Office of Fair Trading has commented on the news saying hopefully it results in all remaining ticket holders receiving a refund.
HMV apologised to all affected customers for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the cancellation and subsequent refund delays.
