Students at a local high school have 'called for action' to help those affected by the Australian Bushfires.
Pupils at Ramsey Grammar School approached Headteacher Annette Baker, asking permission to raise funds to help people and animals affected by the devastating blazes.
Now, the school will donate the proceeds of its next dress down day to one of the disaster charities.
Students will also be collecting sheets and other materials to help care for the stricken animals.
